Meet Chef Willie
Behind every plate is Chef Willie, owner and creator of Willie’s Pinchos. Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Willie grew up surrounded by the aromas of family kitchens and local food stands. Cooking was more than a skill—it was a way of life.
When he moved to Orlando, Willie noticed the city lacked a place where Puerto Ricans could gather and enjoy truly authentic pinchos. So he opened Willie’s Pinchos to bring those flavors to the community.
